CARE Principles for Indigenous Data Governance

This document, intended for governments, institutions, and others working with Indigenous data, provides broad guiding principles for the governance of Indigenous data within big data, open data, and open science contexts. Such principles include collective benefit, authority to control, responsibility, and ethics.
