Stakeholder Meeting - City of Las Cruces & Doña Ana County

Planning meeting with personnel (from Office of Emergency Management, Fire Department, Public Works, Water Utilities). The purpose was to orient them with the project and garner questions about climate change and suggestions for the workshop in February.
